Healthy Breakfast for skin and hair!

Hey beauty freaks!
Hope your all well just wanted to do a post on healthy eating and super foods which are great for your skin and hair!

Starting with breakfast, now i'm sure we are all gulity of skipping breakfast which is ofcourse terrible seeing as breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Here are some quick ideas for on the go breakfasts which are filling and healthy, and ofcourse great for those who are watching their weight!

Avocados!! These green soft fruits are a great way to get your burst of morning vitamins! Avocados are so good for you they contains all kinds of beautiful vitamins that helps the skin rid of blemishes, and in general give a healthy appearance!
To incorporate avocados within your breakfast is super easy! All you need is:

2 slices of bread
1 Avocado
1/2 of a lemon
Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper to season

Firstly you have to cut, pit and scoop out the avocados so your left with a soft green and yellowish mush (dispose of the skin and the huge seed). Using a fork mash the Avocado up and add the juice of half a lemon, add some sea salt (not too much) that makes the Avocado topping.
Toast your 2 slices of bread and cut in to 4 pieces, then simply spoon on the Avocado mix and season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper et voilá! Perfect on the go food, can be eaten as snack too!

The second recipe is simple yet affective, getting your antioxidents, calcium (very very important for us girlies) and ofcourse vitamins!!
Yougurt!!!!!! Smooth silky yougurt!! Here is my quick breakfast using gorgeous yogurt!

Greek yogurt (however much you want :p)
Some strawberries, blueberries and 1 banana
Granola
1-2 tbl of Honey

Just add all the above ingredients and there you have a great filling breakfast! This recipe is extremely adaptable you can add more or less ingredients, if you dont like honey you can use vanilla yogurt to add a little bit of sweetness!!

Hope you enjoyed a couple of my favourite breakies! Happy Healthy Eating!!

Bon Appétit!

DIY Face Mask!

Hey beauties!!!
I've been really loving natural products and healthy eating recently, which has lead me to make alot of my own facemasks! However the one i swear by and the one which gives you perfect glowing skin is the turmeric mask. Turmeric a.k.a haldi is a spice commonly used in Indian cooking and beauty rituals, it is known for its anti bacterial properties and also it is known to improve the appearances of scars and in general the health of the skin. During Indian weddings there is a ceremony which takes place a few days before the actual wedding where the bride and groom are slathered in a turmeric paste along with other ingredients to give the skin a beautiful glow for the big day! Its been used for thousands of years for beauty purposes and rightly so this stuff is amazing!!!!!

Here is my recipe:

1 tbl full fat yogurt
2 tbl honey
1/2 lemon
1 tsp gram flour (chickpea flour)
1 tsp turmeric

Mix all the above ingredients together starting with the liquid ingredients followed by the dry. When mixed apply to throughly cleansed and dry skin, when applying the mask make sure you massage it in as the gram flour exfoliates the skin very very gently. Leave the mask on for 10 minutes then rinse of whilst massaging again.

The mask will leave a yellow stain on the skin but not to worry just get the other half of the lemon and dip it in sea salt (grinded), whilst the skin is wet rub the lemon with the salt all over the face (squeeze the lemon whilst doing so), dip the lemon into the salt again if you have to. Salt is great for your skin and lemon brightens the skin so a great exfoliation method, furthermore this step will leave you with super soft and refined skin. Wash off the salt and pat dry the skin, follow with your toner and moisturiser.

I reccommend doing this mask before bed to get the best results as the skin relaxes and repairs during the night so this mask is a great way to help the skin renew itself to give you lovely glowing skin!!!

Enjoy!

Hey all you beautiful people!

Sorry we haven't been posting much i suppose enjoying the summer too much even if the London weather isn't the best, but still catching up with old and new friends, plus spending loads of time with loved ones it just never ends.

But nevertheless, recently i have really been into clean and enviromentally friendly products! I have discovered a haircare brand called "Louise Galvin" Louise is one of the leading hair colourists in the country and has developed some beautiful products that just do wonders for your hair. I have fine hair, it is extremely long and tends to get dry very easily, i do not have coloured treated hair infact i have never coloured my hair ever and also i don't use heat on my hair very often. I never blow dry my hair and it is not very damaged, it is quite healthy however it is like baby hair and therefore i need to take extra care in choosing products as it my be too harsh. Louise Galvin products contain no SLS, petrochemical, parabens, silicones, synthetic fragrances and ploymers so they are extremely healthy products. In my experience these products are fantastic!!!!! Louise has collections for all hair types so addressing the needs of specific hair types thus i naturally went for the fine hair collection. I cannot explain how amazing her products made my hair i use the sacred locks fine hair shampoo which cleans my hair of all impurites, i follow with the sacred locks treatment masque for fine hair which is truely GREAT! It makes my hair silky, no flyaways and sooo shiney! My hair feels hydrated and strong which is perrrrfect, Main ingredients are honey, wheat protiens and citric fruit oils such as oranges, grapefruit and lemons which gives the products a fresh fragrance. I wash my hair typically 2-3 times a week so not often at all, which also helps the health of your hair as washing it too much is damaging.

Super fruit for the Skin!!

Hey Beauties!

Now that it is summer I have been lucky enough to be stuff myself with gorgeous exotic fruits, which has helped my skin immensely seeing that I had to get my post stress skin into shape.
My dad in the last two weeks have been buying some lovely plump kesar mangos (Indian mangos) as they are in season... I look forward to this every year as eating mangos in the summer is something that i have done since a child and i absolutely love it!

Mangos are a great super fruit for your skin as it has many benefits, it contains lots of vitamins such as vitamin C and other B vitamins, along with minerals such as mangnesium and potassium and also many antioxidents. Amazing for your bodily health as mangos are known to reduce the risk of cancer, helps digestion, great for brain health and much more. However for the skin this lovely yummy fruit does wonders...It evens out the skin tone, gives a beautiful glow to the skin, clears the skin of blemishes, your skin appears more brighter and hydrated as mangos are very hydrating fruits perfect for the summer months. Mangos can be used as a mask, by mushing it to a plup and adding a bit of milk, or make a milkshake by mixing cut/skinned mangos with milk and then blending it together, you can add some sugar to sweeten the shake slightly! Perfect for the morning to kick start your day, give you a boost of energy... When buying mangos make sure they are ripe! The more orange the inside of the fruit the more sweeter (they taste sooo good <3).

Get them whilst you can, they do wonders for you skin, body and they taste LOVELY!!!

Summer skin and makeup tips!!

Hey Beauties,

I thought i'd do a post on summer skin and makeup!!
During the sunny months its important to make sure the skin is flawless as the sun highlights imperfections on the skin and furthermore can emphasis make up misshaps...not a great look, so here are some tips to ensure pristine skin and makeup.

Starting with skin; its is important that the skin is polished and throughly cleansed using an effective exfoliator and a deep cleanser is key to make sure the skin is clean, ridden of bacteria and make up within the pores. Using a toner that refreshes the skin is important to give the skin a all over glow which is what we all want in the summer! Follow with a light moisturiser or for those who wear foundation a tinted moisturiser as it is best to avoid foundation during the hot months as it may melt off (so unattractive). SUNSCREEN! Protect your skin, this is so important as the sun can damage the skin tissues which can cause so many problems such as: age spots, premature wrinkles, hyper pigmentation etc... so please please please be safe in the sun!!

In terms of your body; exfoliate using a body polish, focusing on the knees, elbows and legs. Get rid of all the dry skin to reveal fresh new glowing skin, moisturise throughly with a lotion or body butter that has bit of shimmer to enhance the glow on our skin and tan. Again USE SUNSCREEN! Protect your skin throughly from UVA and UVB rays or it can lead to deadly skin diseases like most commonly skin cancer...we all want to avoid problems with our skin in the future so protect it!

In terms of makeup less is more! All those who wear foundation swap it for tinted moisturiser, use a light concealer if you have any blemishes that needs to be concealed (just don't pack it on) and lastly in terms of eyes; avoid using eyeshadow if you intend to be in the sun for a long period of time, however if you want a pop of shimmer opt for a skin toned shimmery shadow to sweep over the lids. Avoid eyeliner, however those who can't live without eyeliner use a soft pencil and smudge it to avoid a harsh line or use a liner in a light colour like hazel browns and bronzes. Curl eyelashes and sweep with one coat of waterproof mascara (more than one coat of mascara will lead to spider lashes with clumps glore). For the cheeks just highlight the top of the cheekbones, or for those who need some blush use a coral shade blush or a bronzer to add a bit of color to your face. Keep the lips simple with a tinted lip balm with a spf!!! This will give the lips a bit of colour whilst protecting them from the sun!

Thats all for now guys, hopefully shall be posting make up looks for summer nights out soon!

Corals and Turquoises!

Hey Beauty freaks!!
It's been a long time since i last posted...apologies, but on the bright side i have officially finished my second year exams at uni and it is such a relief to get that all out of the way!! Now starts my post-stress renewal, from head to toe i scream stress so trying to get back to the old me before my summer starts is going to be hard, but a challenge I'm willing to take! (Stocking up on the antioxidents :p)

Anyways... Seeing as the sun has been blessing us with the lovely warmth and Vitamin D, I have been extremely inspired to go very beachy on my nails! Corals and lovely cool turquoises are all the rage at the moment so keep a look at out for these beautiful colours!! Barry M an amazing cheap drugstore brand boasts amazing nail polishes for just £3!! They have array of funky colours with gorgeous pigmentation and with different finishes. The polishes I wore were very opaque, easy application, with a good consistency and a lovely creme finish (one of my favourite finishes)

How to naturally make your eyelashes grow -Simple Tips-

Hello Dears ,

guess we all want to have long, natural eyelashes, so here is a simple tip which should help your eyelashes grow and nourished at the same time.
You simply need to put a thin layer of oil on them, as it is very nourishing. Maybe it would be better to do this before going to bed. Up to you for how much time you will do it. Would love to hear if it worked for you!

Perfume of the moment

Hi !

As you can see from the title , i am going to talk to you about this perfume which i used for quite some time. It is the Paeonia from l'Occitane, a nice beauty shop which even makes really nice perfumes. (They have some really good ones for rose). The design of the bottle is really pretty , and so is the scent! Very light, sweet and floral (not too sweet though). As it is quite discreet, it's now a good time to wear it! i don't know you but when it starts to get hot, i like wearing perfumes which aren't too imposive, so that i don't feel 'm suffocating... Soo, if you're interested, 'll put a link to the website :)
At one point though i thought i was putting some on me and the scent would very quickly disappear. But i went to a shop once and the seller asked me what i was wearing as she liked it ! Always joyful to receive a compliment about your perfume :)

Glittery eyeliner ! -How to-

Wanted to post that since quite some time now, but had some technical problems with my laptop, my apologies then ! Now that it's better , let's share the sparkly eyeliner tip :D

Started to do that since i bought these pretty pretty glitters from Wet n' Wild. They are pink, very sparkly, give a nice effect and stay on really well !

What i simply do is to do my usual wing , then use the Elf sparkly eyeliner and dab the glitters on , very simple!
By the way , the Elf eyeliner is really nice, surprisingly good for the amazing price (1€ or 1.50£ or 1$). You could just use the sparkly eyeliner over your basic one as it already looks pretty, but i like it to be really sparlky, so i just dab with a plain eyeshadow applicator the loose glitters. Et voilà !

(Btw, sorry for the pictures, took them at the end of the day).

Issey Miyake Summer Perfume

Issey Miyake to me is one of the designer that always makes   nice perfumes ! This one is the edition he came out with for Summer, goooorgeous ! Fresh , smells like... Summer ? x)  (Duh...)

Unfortunately, i tried to find the ingredients that they used, by they don't even have it on the website (at least now), which is a shame .

Maybe go to a perfume shop ?

Fresh, salty and sweet somehow ? Very unusual , it's lovely ! Just be careful to the sun people! Perfume and sunbaths don't go together, as the alcohol is going to burn your skin and you'll get a stain where you put your perfume :). So probably better to use body splash or perfumed water , and perfume for when you don't tan or expose yourself too much to the sun ^^.
Can't wait for Summer to come !

Perfume of the moment

Hey Dears !

Wanted to share with you a few perfumes from time to time , tell you what are my personal impressions,etc...
Today 'm going to talk about the Guerlain Laurier-Réglisse perfume, which i received as a present from a friend.
It is freshly spicy , sweet and slightly bitter, which make it be a very original perfume. It is not a fruity, but would be more a flower scented combination. Unfortunately, on my skin , the perfume didn't stay that much time so that the smell would (to me) , quickly fade.
Still, it is a very uncommon complexion and am really happy about it. Would say it's a spring/beginning of summer perfume, or for a fresh evening.

To me : 4/5

Love it !

Summer Nails!

Hey Beauties,
It's a beautiful day with the lovely sun shinning so a perfect day to do a beauty post!
I'm a huge nail polish fan i paint them almost every week and take very good care of my nails so i've decided to post hopefully a weekly nail polish lacquer!
I was inspired by my outfit today and ofcourse the lovely weather to paint my nails a gorgeous bright red!
Sorry about the picture it was a bit last minute and taken on my phone... But the colour in person is more brighter (the natural light washed out the colour a bit) This is Lambada by a company called GOSH. This colour is beautiful cheers me up everytime i look at my nails (sad i know), it is a pink based red to avoid looking coral but lovely nevertheless! GOSH nail polishes are of an amazing quality for a drugstore brand and markets for £5 in the UK from superdrug, so not bad considering the polishes are great. Application is really easy, very creamy and VERY opaque one coat gives adequate coverage, i did two because i prefer the finish with two coats. I topped it with my Seche Vite fast dry top coat to give it a lovely glossy finish which i adore it's so chic and classy! Whenever i wear this colour i get lots of complements so i highly recommend! Perfect for the summer months with gorgeous white dresses...DAMN i wish it was summer holidays, stupid exams! Oh the joys of being in University!
Anyway happy revising to all those with dreaded exams on the way and look out for more nails related post from nail care to different nail polish brands and colours!!

Lipstick of the week

Hi People !

Decided to do a lipstick review once a week . At least , 'll try to stick to that ! As 'm a huge lipstick lover, 'll talk about lipsticks of different brands (from cheap/affordable to branded ones, such as Dior,YSL,...) , my impressions and all that sexy stuff !

Le'ts start then with this one, which is a Revlon lipstick. Recently bought it, as now for spring/summer, i really enjoy plain eyes and funky lips. Well pigmented and the colors shows off reaally nice . Revlon to me is one of the most expensive , "luxure" drugstore brand. The lipstick was 6.99£ i believe, or 7.99£ but the quality is there !
Here a swatch for you, just to let you know, i swatch them only once, one coat, so that you can see the pigmentation.
Enjoy!

Revlon Super Lustruous Lispstick , Fire & Ice n° 720
Creamy : 3/5
Pigmentation : 5/5
Lasting effect : 5/5

Rate (to me) : 4.5/5

How to naturally whiten your teeth -Simple tips-

'm probably not the only one who is tryin got whiten up my teeth color. Generally, because of all the things we eat and drink , some of them make our teeth stain somehow. Some of these things are coffee, tea (green tea not as much as normal one) and alcoholic drinks. Plus smoking.

So if you're trying to make your teeth look a bit brighter, brush your teeth with a whitening toothpaste, three times a day if you can. Try to avoid brushing them just after eating, as it makes the plaque go weaker and not more then 3 times a day, as brushing them too much would turn them fragile too.
If you drink waters quite often, it does help your teeth go whiter too, as the water that you drink constantly washes your teeth.

A quick, easy yet good tip is to get some mint leaves and rub them on your teeth. Not only it brightens up the color of your teeth, but it's a really good anti-bacterial ! (So is eucalyptus). Mint is good to fight the "tummy's laziness", stomach aches, blotments.

Be careful though , as it can take away your sleep, as it tonifies your nervous system. Nature is fascinating , right? :)

See you soon,

j.

Prepare yourself for Summer ! - Simple tips-

Hi Lovelies !

Summer is coming and as usual , it's a time where everyone (or almost) try to lose weight and tone up a bit ! So 'll try to give you a few tips to simply lose a bit of belly or ankle. On me, it works and i suppose these things generally work as we don't particularly need them on a daily base!

Typical things that you need to avoid :
  • bread, pasta, less oil, butter, sweets(...), cakes and all these nice things... Don't forget that many alcohols would be better avoided! As we mix them with fizzy/sweet juices. But if you really want once alcohol but still want to be careful, "dry" alcohols are not that caloric ("A dry alcoholic drink is one that is free from sweetness and fruity flavor. The term "dry" was first used in the early 1700's to describe wine of the above characteristics").  => If you're interested :) http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/11034#ixzz1LgqCV1RT.
  • Fizzy drinks increase the possibility of having cellulite, so if you want something with taste, better to consume juice and apparently, it's better to stick with one juice only, so that you gain less than if you would pick up all different types of juice.
  • Would be could to swap butter with philadelphia, as it is mmmuch lighter! Though, if you're a big cheese lover like me, unfortunately you'll have to slow down a bit with it, as cheese is very proteined, indeed, but has got lots of fat. In addition, it's not really the best things for your heart... You could swap sugar with honey, bread with crackers, butter with oil if you really need it, and so on :).
  • You can cook many things while avoiding some ingredients we don't always particularly need. A simple example : you cook beef in you saucepan ( Sounds obvious... '_________' ) and instead of using oil to cook it, you can simply use water!    You can make pancake by using only flour, water and eggs.
  •  Lovely people, as much as snacking makes us happy, it makes a big difference on our bodies! And i know that by saying what 'm going to tell you i might sound boring, but if you're hungry before lunch or dinner, eat yoghurt, a fruit or drink some juice or water, it's healthier !
Things that can help you :
  • Green tea is well known to be a good factor for the acceleration of your metabolism. In addition, it's very good against stress and is an excellent anti-oxydant ! I use to use it too as a toner in my skincare routine.  One cup to two a day is very good for your health.
  • Eat meat. As much healthy vegetables are, meat (fish, white meat) is very good for your metabolism and full of proteins, at the opposite to vegetables. Vegetables are very good with meat, as they have the property to make you digest faster and so get less fat.
  • Exercise ! : Helps soooo much ! Even a bit , such as walking, using the stairs. The advantage of exercise instead of the diet is that when you lose some weight, you hardly get it back, so you don't have that "yo yo " effect on your body. And it is so healthy! Remember that by massaging some places that usually don't move a lot (for example when you're putting your cream on), you avoid the fat to stick down. Because the places where we have fat are usually the places that we don't exercise or don't need that much in everyday life.
  • Drink water people, really good as it helps the fat not to set and it definitively cleans you!
  • Don't skip a meal and eat less than usual. 've heard you should try to eat 1/4 less of what you eat usually , or half. Avoid eating after 20:00, as you might probably not move that much in the night, and this encourages the fat to set.
  • Good sleep : as strange as it can sound, good sleep makes you lose weight easier. Leave your body rest.

Don't be too tough with yourself ! Allow to yourself from time to time some sweets, a piece of cake or some chocolate (70% black chocolate would be better), as we need it for our mood. And try not to get too obsessed with the hole "losing weight" thing. If you pay just a bit more attention, it will already help. Don't be extreme, as it is going to have a negative effect on your body anyway. Don't forget you can't lose an extrememly big amount of Kg/Llbs, it's simply not good for you. And just to let you know that stress and getting angry emphasize the possibility of stocking fat - give a try to zen ;) . And surprisingly enough, some healthy food is freakin' yummy! Might put a few recipes for you if you want me to! Fruits are gorgeous, think of watermelon, strawberries (which are really good for your liver), grapes, peaches, apricots and so many others! The most important is you to feel good with yourself and doing what you do first of all for yourself and not the others.

So good luck and keep feeling good !

xXx

Healthy Hair

Hey Beauties i have been reading alot of blogs recently so got inspired to write a post :)
It's 12 am and I'm freezing!! The beautiful sun has decided to dissapear from london :(
Anyways hair talkies: I recently got my hair cut which now I think "why did I do it?!?!" I practically chopped of half my hair FYI my hair had grown to my hip!! It was so long it was getting to hard to manage! I miss it nevertheless. Anyways my hair is really fine it is practically baby hair; the good thing is that it is really soft and easy to style (seeing my hair is dead straight), the bad thing is that i have to be really cautious with the products i use!!! I always get the "your indian you should have thick corse hair" not really! But I'm happy!
Seeing as my hair has gone short, I'm determined to be good to my hair and pamper it more (like I do my skin :D).
For those who have fine hair its is important to use a shampoo that contains no SLS, parabens or any other pre treated chemicals. SLS can work havoc on fine hair like I said it is like baby hair so use gentle products.

HEAT if you are going to use any heat products on your hair use a heat protecter fine hair is easily damaged and takes longer to repair, plus it is more visiable on fine hair so please be kind or you'll regret it!
The one really indian thing I do is put oil in my hair to nourish it and condition it, I personally use coconut oil but any natural oil will do choice is yours!!! Leave it in your hair 30mins before you wash it :)

I personally stopped using heat when I was 16 (unless a special occasion), since then i don't get any split ends, my hair is healthier, shiner and grows really fast! I further saw results when i changed my shampoo my hair seemed fuller and bouncy, after switching my shampoo to no SLS I can never imagine going back to comercial shampoos that contain harmful chemicals! I deffo recommend making the swtich!!

Lastly eat well, lots of fruits and veg for those who are veggies like myself invest in some omega 3-6 tablets great for healthy skin, hair and general health something we all love!

Thats it I know this was abit of a random post but just some info and tips to get the best out of your hair :)

Flawless Skin

Hi Beauty Freaks!!! Seeing as my lovely friend Julia has started posting i think it's about time i start blogging too plus it's a lovely sunny day in london and I'm in very good mood! :)
To kick start the post just an FYI about my skin, I'm quite blessed to have the skin i do (thanks mum and dad!) i generally have clear skin so i don't ever wear foundation, my skin is not sensitive so i have the luxury to choose from all products, however i do have dry/combination skin. When i break out (which is very rare) i generally break out around my chin, forehead and very rearly on the cheek, therefore the products i go for accomodate that :)
Furthermore i have very thick indian skin so i tend to exfoliate on a daily basis, however ofcourse this is something that is personal to my skin and may not be the best option for others.
This post is basically my skincare routine on a daily basis and all the products i use (both drugstore and high end), i realise there maybe alot of products but i religiously follow my routine to get the best results!! Enjoy :)

Firstly i start by exfoliating, i know this seems abit strange but i feel as though all the dead skin cells and product bulid up over the night needs to scrubbed off first before cleansing deep in to the pores.

For best results i like using St Ives Blemish Fighting Apricot Scrub, depending on how deep you want to exfoliate take a certain amount accordingly and massage into the skin for 2 minutes, this scrub sloggs off all the dead skin cells, sebum and surface oils that bulid up during the night, you can instantly see the difference in the complexion of the skin it is much brighter, smoother and softer.

Secondly i cleanse

Nivea Young Clean Deeper is absolutely amazing! Loosens the skin up, cleans into pores and also minimises the apperance of my pores, breakouts are reduced and it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or dry. I've used this product for years and havn't found anything that compares definitely something to keep eye out for.

Thirdly Toner

I use the Clinique Toner type 2 which is specifically designed for dry combination skin, this gives me lovely glow all over my skin (which is most welcomed seeing as i have dry skin), it further drys up any active breakouts that i might have and also picks up dirt that may have been left behind in the pores after cleansing, leaving the skin completely clean and clear. I personally have been using this for nearly 2 years now and just a word of caution; when i first started using this toner i got alot of breakouts as all the bacteria in the skin was being drawn out, however after a few weeks this clears up just requires some patience.

Fourthly Moisturise
I follow the toner with Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion, I buy the lotion with the pump dispenser so i get an accurate amount product for my face, furthermore i think the product lasts longer and is more hygenic. This lotion keeps my skin moisturised throughout the day without being greasy therefore can be used during both winter and summer months.

After Moisturising i use an eye cream
I tend to get dry flaky skin around my eyes, so Clinique's all about the eyes is rich enough to keep that at bay, also being a university student long nights and early mornings are a given so this products help de puffs and reduces the signs of sleep deprevation and fatigue.

This is not an everyday product but seeing as summer is on its way this will certainly be making an everyday appearance for while.
SUNSCREEN! So important! no matter what type of skin you have protecting it from harmful UV rays is vital in order to keep your skin youthfull as you get older! I like using Chanel UV Essentiel SPF 50 yes this product is expensive but it does the job, it has a milky consistancy which absorbs easily into the skin and doesn't leave a white film or greasy residue that most sunscreens do plus it has a gorgeous sent! Definitely my HG sunscreen.

Lip care!!
The skin on the lips is known to be the most sensitive as it is prone to being dry and chapped, to ensure healthy lips i use Chanel Hydramax + Active Nutrition Baume Lévres Lip care. This is my HG lip balm it has a lovely light summery scent and the has an almost watery texture upon application, this keeps my lips hydrated and plump for hours. Yes again it is expensive but worth splurging for the amount of product that it carries, plus i love the packaging :)

Majority of the products i use in the morning is mostly for hydration as that is what my skin lacks, however at night due to the renewal process the skin goes through, i use natural organic products to help this process along and neutralise enviormental stresses on the skin that have taken affect on the skin throughout the day.

I start by cleansing my skin to get rid of the dirt and oils that have bulit up within my skin during the course of the day
I use Clinique Liquid Facial Soap Mild for my skin type, i use one pump and lather it up then massage into the skin and then rinse leaving my skin refreshed.

Night Moisturiser
Like i said at night i like using organic products, my night cream is Neal's Yard Rose and Almond cream, suitable for all skin types this cream has a lovely herbal scent. Only need a small amount for the whole face, it has a nice consistancy that is easily absorbed into the skin and calms my dry skin. It works wonders for my skin in the morning my skin looks plump, even and brighter with a soft touch. Neal's Yard have some wonderful natural organic products packed with essential oils definitely something healthy for the skin and worth checking out.

Lastly my beauty fluid
Argon Oil! This stuff is a miracle product! Known as 'Liquid Gold' and no wonder, packed with vitamins and antioxidents this oil refines the skin, keeps the youthfulness within the skin's texture, gives a natural glow to the skin and furthermore strengthens the skin to reduce fine lines and wrinkles (a must for the future). There are lots of brands out there but i prefer Fushi Organic Argon Oil seeing as it is organic and fair trade!
I know it seems daunting putting an oil on the skin but trust me this oil absorbs well into the skin so there is no greasiness left, however saying that like i previously mentioned i have dry skin so those with oily skin this may not be the best option.

Thats it!! Thats my skin routine i know its long but it definitely worth the benefits!

Muji Bathsalts

Bought bathsalts from Muji, as i think they are really good if you need to relax and they are really good for your skin! :)
Each one was 5.95£ for 300gr. They are made of Sodium sescquicarbonate, fragrance, calcium silicate, hexyl cinnamal, coumarin and benzyl benzoate, so that you know if you have a sensitivie skin :). Would advise the milk one if you want your skin to be really soft. The other ones are good too, but Milk is known to make skin go softer :)
